Return & Refund Policy

At SGH SALES PRIVATE LIMITED, we focus on delivering high-quality products. 

Return Policy:

-Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects.

-A proof of purchase is required to process any return request.

-All products undergo a thorough inspection before shipment to reduce the likelihood of returns.

Refund Policy:

-After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a detailed inspection. A refund will be issued only if a manufacturing defect is found.

-Once a refund is processed, it may take 5-6 business days for the amount to be credited back to you.

-If no manufacturing defect is found, no refund will be issued. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs to have the product sent back to you.
