SP-37 O-RING INGCO (RH150028) D-69
🧰 What It Is
The SP‑37 O‑Ring is a small circular sealing element made from a flexible elastomer (rubber). O‑rings are used in power tools to create a tight seal between two mating parts, preventing leakage of air, lubricant, dust, and debris. They are key components in pneumatic and fluid‑seal areas of the tool.
⚙️ Technical Function
This O‑Ring performs one or more of the following functions:
1. Sealing Air Pressure
In rotary hammers, O‑rings help maintain internal air pressure in chambers that drive the hammering action. A proper seal ensures efficient impact generation and consistent performance.
2. Lubricant Retention
The O‑ring helps keep lubrication inside critical moving parts, reducing friction and wear.
3. Dust and Debris Protection
It blocks fine dust and debris from entering internal mechanisms, which could otherwise cause wear or malfunction.
4. Vibration Damping
Because it is elastic, the O‑ring also provides some vibration isolation and cushioning between metal components.
